where should I start ?!?! this place was so awesome that words don't do justice for this review... it started with a warm welcome from the house keeper Teresa, who showed us everything we needed to know about the property. it's a very beautiful spacious home from inside to outside it looks like they thought of everything a guest can enjoy on vacation... comfortable beds and linen... fully stocked kitchen... great game room... amazing garden... beautiful clean pool, with many beach chairs.. at checkout we were greeted by the owner Arlene who is a very nice women and was in touch with us throughout our stay to make it as comfortable as possible. I give this place 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and would definitely come back to a place like this next time I'm in Cancun and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and private vacation.

This property is AMAZING! It came with everything that we wanted and expected. Privacy, entertainment and great amenities. Although it is about 20-25 minutes away from the party action. However, if you have definite transportation, this property is very worth it. Thank you Arlene & Ron for being great hospitable hosts.

This place was the perfect spot for my bachelor party. The house is beautiful, spacious, and makes you feel on top of the world. All the amenities included in the house worked perfect and we had no issues our whole stay. Arlene and Ron made sure we had everything we needed and more. Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Ron and Arlene’s home is an oasis. We felt safe, comfortable and at ease at their property. Our questions and inquiries were answered nearly instantly. They helped with everything from the closest grocery store on the evening we arrived, even allowing me to follow Arlene right to the store….to little questions and clarifications. From the moment we arrived in Mexico, Arlene and Ron were tremendous hosts who immediately felt like family. The house itself is huge and it even has a pool house with additional bedrooms & a kitchen. The yard has ample space as well to do whatever your heart desires. This place really is a dream getaway + I will definitely be coming back.

Awesomeness! This house is the best in Cancun. The whole stay was amazing, Arlene and Ron was such a great host, only a phone call away. THE HOUSE IS BETTER THEN THE PICTURES!! it was awesome place to stay house was big and beautiful super clean the pool was the best part super clean perfect tempeture I definitely I will stay there again ones I come back to cancun. Arlene make the check-in super easy thanks to her this trip was excellent.

Property is amazing, ample amount of space for our party of 8 to be comfortable. Cameras in main area’s without any written notification. Host was prompt to respond when cont but not necessarily in a good way kinda felt micro managed and often reminded of the do’s and don’t.

This villa was absolutely amazing! Everything about this villa was flawless and the photos do not do it justice! The space is extremely well catered for and gives you all the privacy you could ask for. However, the best part about this entire trip was Ron and Arlene! They are two best hosts I have ever had on AirBnB. They looked after us from the money we arrived - telling us where to go and what to do and they were always 5 minutes away in case we wanted help with anything! Couldn’t recommend this villa more to anyone and we will definitely be returning! 5 stars from us!

Amazing villa! Amazing Hosts! And Amazing recommendations! Arlene and Ron were very accommodating with anything we needed from a place to eat , a trip to isla mujeres,a day trip in a yacht, and where to get cheap COVID tests before we left. She took care of us and we felt safe knowing she was just a phone call away. I would highly recommend this place , I came with a group of 13 and we all loved it and im sure its just as nice if the trip contains less people. I will definitely book this place again once I am back in Cancun.

The house was beautiful me and my two friends was so comfortable nights we didn’t want to party it was perfect because of the back yard area we Vibed by ourselves there, I will be booking this place again for our couples trip.

Wow. That’s all i can say .. I had a girls trip planned & this place was amazing. We had a huge villa all to ourselves with an amazing view & the space to do anything that we desired. Arlene was so accommodating, any problem we had, she had the solution, from transportation to Covid testing, to food .. she had all the resources! This was the best Airbnb that i’ve ever stayed in. If you ever want to stay somewhere SAFE that’s is prime location & have a host who is reliable book with Arlene!!!! 10/10 we will definitely be back!

OMG!!! The house is soo beautiful, i will be coming back. The communication level 100/10. The house is exactly how the pictures are presented. Arlene was very helpful when we needed help with things. She got us discounts in excursions. Arlene was literally are mum on holiday messaging us to make sure we are ok or if we needed anything. The house is very spacious and again Beautiful, the house is in a gated community and security is just seconds away❤️❤️. Arlene showed us some good restaurants and also where they make the best Pina Colada. Everything was perfect and im soo happy Arlene n Ron accommodated me and my friends. We Will Be Coming Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would 100% recommend staying at Arlene & Ron’s beautiful home. We had a bachelor trip with 11 guys and Arlene and Ron were incredibly helpful and the communication was A+. Arlene was on top of everything! She gave us recommendations for how to travel around the area, she recommended places to go and my favorite experience was the yacht excursion Arlene booked for us. It was about $100 a person and worth every penny! Amazing crew, beautiful water, snorkeling, drinking.. the whole 9 yards. I recommend this for anyone visiting. I can’t stress how helpful Arlene and Ron were. Beautiful home and even better people. If/when I come back to Cancun, I will be reaching out to them!

The home was magical! 10/10. We spent the week living in an absolute mansion of Cancun - with our own HUGE private garden and pool. We had this private estate all to ourselves, all week. On top of this, there was amazing security ( the home is located next to a 2 person security booth and a huge private perimeter around the unit to ensure security). The wifi was top notch and hospitality on par with a 5 star hotel. Ron and his team were on hand to help 24 hours a day ( his wife even kindly even cooked us a lovely spagheti which made us feel at home!). I could not recommend Ron's place any more highly!! Thanks again : ) We had THE BEST TIME! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Casa De Osho is a beautiful place to relax after touring Cancun’s tourist attractions. The pictures posted are true and accurate. The home is comfy and easily accommodated our group of 13 people. The yard is large, well kept, lush, and inviting. The pool is the perfect place to unwind with friends, and the temperature of its crystal-clear water is perfect. Also, the game room, which includes a pool table, blackjack table, foosball table, dart board, and music speaker, will provide hours of fun and relaxation. The outside seating area, which sits below an impressive ornate brick dome, is perfect for watching the kids in the pool while enjoying some refreshing adult beverages. The gas grill and ice chest are ideal for a weekend cookout. The laundry room is very convenient. Moreover, the home sits in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood. The administrator was gracious and very attentive to our needs. This home has everything you may need while vacationing in Cancun. Our only regret is that we did not spend more time at the home. We highly recommend Casa De Osho as your next vacation stay.

An amazing place to stay. The rooms were amazing the backyard was amazing. We were able to stay in the house and have fun and go to public places and have fun. They provided us with an amazing driver, Saul, 10/10 would recommend if you have many places to go daily. They were super responsive and helpful with any request that I had. We cooked some of our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. At first we were nervous to book in a neighborhood rather than the hotel zone but it was extremely worth having our own space and privacy. Great hosts, great house, great amenities, great service. 10/10 would recommend this airbnb. Oh they also provided us with an awesome yacht service. Thank you again Arlene and Ron again so much for providing us with this beautiful stay and for all your help and support

I Highly recommend staying at Casa de Osho. It is such a beautiful home. I got to enjoy it with my brother and friends for his bachelor party. It was the perfect venue. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. It is even more beautiful in person. We had no problems with transportation or taxi rides. The place is safe and the host are the best. Arlene and Ron were kind, and communicated with us throughout the trip. They gave us their personal driver information and taxi information along with locations to get covid tested because we had to test before flying back to the USA. The host is very organized which took a load off me and aloud us to have more fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend staying at Casa de Osho.

Me and my family decided to go down to Cancun for my brothers bday this weekend. Arlene and Ron we’re wonderful host. Super VIP, helped us with any needs that we needed. The house is perfect for a family trip. A lot of space and a amazing pool to put the icing on the cake. My only recommendation is if you wanna get to the hotel zone where most of the bars/clubs or beaches RENT A CAR, considering the drive is 25 minutes away from everything and anything. Doesn’t take away from how private the villa is. Ron and Arlene provided a drivers, but 70$ back and forth can get pricey quick. 10 of us went and slept completely comfortable. Also the yacht that we rented was super fun & exclusive ! If your looking to be private and away from all the nosie Arlene and Ron’s place is the move.

Very good landlord, very nice house. We had our wedding here and it was wonderful.

Our stay was very good. An important detail right now is access as there is PLENTY of pavement works in progress and the check-in and check-out transit is a little slow. Arlene was always there for us with instructions and recommendations for our stay, she is a great host! And Tere is a great manager!

Very good place

We were second at this beautiful home. Hosts who are very attentive to any details, questions or problems, the answers we received immediately and everything was fixed quickly. The comfort of bed and pillows is amazing, we slept better than in our house. If you turn down climates at 6 am you can enjoy beautiful songs of different haystacks who live in gardens of Arlene and Ron's house. We were 9 and settled in very well. Four rooms, many shared spas, can comfortably accommodate 16 people. Fully equipped kitchen, pool, barbecue, billiard and poker table, all this will make sure they will have no wish to leave the house. The only thing I took from the house was the sea and a yacht ride organized by Arlene for us and our friends. Mar de Cancun is a marvel. I highly recommend the house if you want to spend quiet evenings without noise from hotels and a multitude of hotels

Highly recommended a spacious and family space with excellent service, perfect for a vacation.

Casa de Arlene y Ron is a luxury house, high society and being able to live in such a beautifully decorated house, with so much space and beautiful details, playing poker with family or friends gave us experience of being in a movie. It has a snooker table, darts, drums, foosball, can play real soccer on the patio, roast beef on the pool front terrace, or simplimente be in bed with a cocktail and hear birds. Outside the noises of the outside world. House is in a region of similar houses. For huge land space we didn't see, we didn't hear neighbors. At home you'll find everything you might need. We really liked that the same refrigerator makes ice and you don't have to go out on the oxxo(which is about 550 meters away) to buy ice. Shopping mall with Sams, Superama, cinema and restaurants, Krispy creams are about 5-6 kilometers away. In times of contingency it turned out which hotels do not give swimming permission in their pools, some do not offer food or breakfasts, and at Arlene and Ron's house ( after buying one you see what we wanted and prepare it) we had and luxurious breakfasts and dinners. Hosts actually offer a welcome bottle of white wine Everything in the listing is true, the house is super equipped, with everything you may need, multitasher, blender, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, salt, oil. In the house they can be at the same time up to 11 people (we were 7 and super comfortable, 5 slept in one bed each and 2 together), very comfortable beds and pillows, everything is very clean,climates work very well. They have a guest house in the garden with 2 queen size beds for a couple with 2 children ( when we rented it was not included). Arlene and Ron's home is a perfect option to organize family reunion. If he presents us with another situation, we will gladly stay at Arlene and Ron's place.
